Returns

All rented costumes, along with their accessories, must be returned to Glitzed Up by the designated end date. Contact us for the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for selecting and covering the costs of return shipping methods.

Late returns will incur a fee of $20 per day beginning the day after your original return date. 

Costume Maintenance

• Please refrain from attempting to clean or launder the costume (including any accessories) without explicit consent from Glitzed Up. 
• Avoid consuming food or beverages (excluding water) or smoking while wearing the costume. 
• Do not modify the costume in any manner. 
• Avoid attaching sticky labels, badges, butt glue or any form of tape to the costume. 
• Do not pin, sew, glue, or iron the costume. 
• Customers are prohibited from altering the costume (including accessories) in any manner.

We recommend wearing appropriate undergarments to safeguard the costume to the best of your ability.

Please refrain from attempting to clean or launder the costume yourself. This includes dry cleaning, machine washing, hand washing, bleaching, and/or tumble drying. All Glitzed costumes undergo delicate hand washing upon return to uphold hygiene standards.
